EVALUASI PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN LEMBAGATK ISLAM ARAFAH 3 DESA LAU BAKERIKECAMATAN KUTALIMBARU KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG T.A 2020-2021
Abstract
This study aims to provide information about the institutional management program at TK Islam Arafah 3, Lau Bakeri Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, TA. 2020-2021 using the CIPP method (context, input, process, product). This study focuses on the components of the context, namely: legality and organizational structure; input components include: curriculum, students, teachers, class conditions, facilities and infrastructure as well as institutional management documents; process components include: learning tools, teaching materials, play facilities and learning activities; product components, namely: assessment of child development. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is a need to increase competence and add educators so that learning and supervision of students can be carried out better. In addition, additional facilities and infrastructure are needed to support learning activities in order to improve the quality of education.
