Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the services of the color play learning program in the creativity of children aged 5-6 years, using the CIPP model analysis in Asyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 41
Kindergarten. The evaluation of the program was process for describe and evaluate a program with use criteria certain with destination for help formulate decisions , more policies good . The considerations is for make it easier for the evaluator to describe and evaluate the components being assessed , whether in accordance with provision or no. Program Evaluation is effort for knowing level implementation something policy by careful with method knowing effectiveness each its components , with the formulation of problems (1) How to evaluate the context, (2) How to evaluate inputs, (3) how to evaluate processes, and (4) how to evaluate products. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, which is a technique that tries to provide a description or explanation of the subject and object of research as the results of research conducted on data in the form of qualitative cases, to be analyzed further until i t becomes a general conclusion. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation data. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques, namely data collection techniques that are combined from various data collections whose data sources already exist. The triangulation used in this study include technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Trianto stated "Member check is the process of checking the data obtained by the researcher to the data source. The results of the research show that: Contexs evaluation of this program is a learning activity that has clear goals and plans, Input Evaluation in this program is supported by the readiness of educators who are able to master learning and the enthusiasm of students is quite good in the learning process, Process evaluation in the implementation of this program using several learning methods that are tailored to the needs of children, the Product Evaluation of the success of this program is the increase in the creativity of students with a percentage of
75-80%, it can be seen from children who are able to color with their original colors, children are able to recognize more than ten kinds of colors.
