HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN PENERAPAN SAPTA JIWA SEBAGAI KULTUR PESANTREN DARULARAFAH RAYA DELI SERDANG

Abstract

This research is done by quantitative approach by using sample as much as 210 santri. From result of calculation of product moment correlation known rx1y = 0,318 with p < 0,05, it can be said that there is a positive and significant relationship between Emotional Intelligence with Sapta jiwa. While from multiple regression analysis obtained F = 31.313 with p < 0.05. Based on coefficient value of determinant of emotional intelligence (X) with sapta jiwa obtained value equal to 0,555 with R2 equal to 0,313 or 31,3% .Thus it can be concluded that together there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence (X) with Sapta Jiwa (Y).
