IMPLEMENTASI QORDH DAN IJARAH DALAM KONSEP TALANGAN HAJI
Abstract
Hajj is a worship that complements the fifth pillar of the pillars of Islam for Muslims. Because of the greatness of its value, many Muslims are longing to implement it immediately. But in practice it takes a lot of sacrifice. Apart from physical sacrifice and time, this worship demands the sacrifice of money. Although the obligation only falls for those who are able to, but the intention to implement it is generally felt by Muslims even though they are actually not yet economically capable when registering. Therefore, Islamic financial institutions or Islamic banks try to provide solutions and offers for them to provide the cost of the bailout pilgrimage so that the dream can be realized immediately, given the number of departure queues for the current hajj so long. This paper discusses the concepts of Qardh and Ijarah which have been the discourse in becoming a solution for the process of bailout pilgrimage. This research uses qualitative methods through a descriptive analysis approach. Through the literature review which is the primary data source, the results of this discussion that the Hajj bailout is a transaction that combines the qardh wal ijarah agreement is a combination of these two contracts carried out to bail out a funding and provide rental facilities for the use of these benefits. This is because the bank is a profit institution that always takes profit in every transaction, the bank combines the qardh (tabaru ’) and ijarah (commercial) contracts.
