PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA) NEGERI 1 BINJAI

Abstract

(1) The job satisfaction of 1 Binjai high school teachers, (2) The leadership style of 1 Binjai high  school  principals,  (3)  The  influence  of  the  principal's  leadership  style  on  the  job satisfaction of 1 Binjai high school teachers. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The research instrument that will be used to capture data on teacher job satisfaction variables (Y) and the principal's leadership style (X) uses a questionnaire. The results of this study are: 1) The principal's leadership style in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai is in the sufficient category, 2) The job satisfaction of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai is in the category of lacking, 3) There is a significant  influence  between the principal's  leadership style on job satisfaction teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai, with a fairly high correlation rate of 0.56 with the contribution of variable X to Y at 30.01%.
